Kim's first job was as a Vet Tech 14 years ago, and since  has worked in retail for 6 years as a co-manager and recently left after 8 years in medical sales, selling insulin pumps. She has her masters in HR management and in undergrad, she has a BA in communications. Kim has raised two baby squirrels, a handful of egrets, and has had so many pets one time she could pass as a small zoo! Currently, the loves of her life are her three dachshunds Stanley, Maggie, and Khloe, her African grey parrot Rocky (who loves Tripp), and her sister's cat Schmeagol. 

**Fun fact, Kim once did CPR on an owl back when she was a vet tech and kept him alive for 30 minutes!**
